Fried Chicken Powder-Ori & Fried Chicken Powder-Pedas
Step 1: Mix well 1 part of FCP (200gm) with 2 parts of water (400ml) to make a smooth batter.
Step 2: Dip food such as chicken, onion ring, sliced potato, mushroom, brinjal or etc. in the batter. Coat the battered food with FCP.
Step 3: Fry the coated food in cooking oil at temperature between 180°C to 200°C until golden brown.
Fried Seafood Powder
Step 1: Mix well 1 part of FSP (200gm) with 2 parts of water (400ml) to make a smooth batter.
Step 2: Coat seafood such as prawn, fish, squid and etc with FSP, then dip in batter.
Step 3: Fry the battered seafood in cooking oil at temperature between 160°C - 180°C until golden brown.
Instant Sauce Salted Egg Flavor
Add 100g of powder with 390g evaporated creamer or water.
