Recipe :

1. Sponge Mix 1000g

2. Water 600g

 

How to Prepare :

1. Pour Sponge Mix into bowl.

2. While hand whipping add water slowly.

3, Once even and smooth, pour into cups.

4. Steam for 15 mins.
