How to prepare :
Step 1: Mix well 1 part of OFP (200gm) with 1.5 parts of water (300ml) to make a smooth batter.
Step 2: Dip food such as chicken, sliced potato, or shrimp in the batter. Coat the battered food with OFP.
Step 3: Fry the coated food in cooking oil at temperature between 160°C to 180°C until golden brown.
