Mochi Mix 500g, Water 500g, Eggs 120g, Oil 45g
1. Mix all ingredients except oil at slow speed for 1 min.
2. Scrap bowl. Mix at medium speed 2 mins.
3. Fold in oil and mix until even.
4. Scoop batter onto pre-heated waffle plate until surface is almost full.
5. Close the top plate and bake until steaming stops.
6. Remove the waffle and serve.
