Mochi Mix 1000g, Water 620g
1. Mix Mochi Mix with water at slow speed for 1 min.
2. Scrap bowl and mix at medium speed for 2 mins.
3. Rest dough 10 mins and gently knead dough.
4. Wrap dough with oiled plastic sheet and rest it for 4 hours.
5. Stretch dough gently into a long strip and cut into pieces.
6. Stretch dough pieces into desired length.
7. Fry at 180°C till golden brown.
