How to Prepare : 

Step 1. Mix 1 part of Karaage Powder (200g) with 2 parts of water (400ml), stir well to make smooth batter. 
Step 2. Dip food such as sliced potato, brinjal, onion ring, chicken, shrimp or etc. in the batter. Coat the battered food with Karaage powder. 
Step 3. Fry the coated food in cooking oil at temperature between 180'C to 200'C until golden brown.
