How to Prepare
Step 1 : Sauteed in low heat ;
- Grated garlic (1g) & grated ginger (1g) : 1-2 mins
- Grated onion (6g) : Till aromatic
- Diced potato (75g) & diced carrot (1/4 stick) : 10 mins
Step 2 : Add water (160g) and boil. Low heat : 10 mins.
Step 3 : Add Japanese Katsu Curry stock (30g). Stir it : 10 mins
Step 4 : Add salt to taste before serving.
