Step 1: Mix well 1 part of FSP (200gm) with 2 parts of water (400ml) to make a smooth batter.
Step 2: Coat seafood such as prawn, fish, squid and etc with FSP, then dip in batter.
Step 3: Fry the battered seafood in cooking oil at temperature between 160°C - 180°C until golden brown.
