Step 1: Mix well 1 part of FCP-Pedas (200gm) with 2 parts of water (400ml) to make a smooth batter.
Step 2: Dip food such as chicken, onion ring, sliced potato, mushroom, brinjal or etc. in the batter. Coat the battered food with FCP.
Step 3: Fry the coated food in cooking oil at temperature between 180°C to 200°C until golden brown.
