1 packet Chilli Stock + 1 litre water

 

An umami compounded Chilli Stock and spices suitable for mala dishes, soups, sambal nasi lemak and any recipes you can think of.

Recipe : Anchovies and Peanut with Chilli
  • Red Onions - 1 Nos
  • Garlic - 2 Nos
  • Peanut - 100g
  • Anchovies - 100g
  • Chilli Stock - 25g
  • Sugar - 40g
Preparation Method :
  • Toast / Fry anchovies and peanuts.
  • Fry sliced onions and garlics.
  • Heat oil and sauteed Chilli Stock using low heat.
  • Add sugar then fry till crispy.
